This assessment usually involves a facility tour, observation and review of your records and documentations. Our consultant will conduct a gap analysis and generate a report within 3 business days. 

We will also assist you with accreditation survey preparation and regulatory requirements as well as provide assistance with corrective plans of action related to audit deficiencies from inspectors.
